Upload and checks
The file is checked by its content (not its name), size and page limits are applied, and it is stored encrypted for a few seconds.
Text extraction
The text is extracted page by page and the original file is deleted. You see the page count and what the analysis will use before anything is charged.
Specialised analysis
Separate steps classify the document and find obligations, money and clauses to review. The document is treated as data: instructions inside it are never followed.
Verification
Each quote is searched for in the real text. A finding whose quote cannot be found is discarded. Totals are recalculated by code with the assumptions shown.
Legal context
Where a legal pack exists for the jurisdiction (including federal or EU law above it), relevant passages from official sources are retrieved and only cited when they directly apply. Clauses are never declared illegal.
Your report and chat
Read, download as PDF or JSON, print, and ask follow-up questions. When the session ends, everything temporary is deleted.
