This text describes how the service actually works. It must be reviewed by a qualified lawyer and completed with the operator's details before commercial launch.

1. The service

AsteriskAI analyses documents you upload and produces an informational report with references to the document. Reports are generated automatically with the help of AI models and can contain errors or omissions.

2. Not professional advice

AsteriskAI is not a law firm, a financial adviser or any other regulated professional, and its reports are not legal, financial or tax advice. They do not replace a qualified professional. Check every point against the original document before making a decision.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Upload only documents you are entitled to share for analysis.
  • Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, to harass others or to disrupt it.
  • Keep your account credentials safe.

4. Plans, credits and payments

Free use is subject to the limits shown on the pricing page. Credits are consumed when an authorised analysis starts; if an analysis fails because of an internal error, the credit is returned automatically. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time from your account and keep access until the end of the paid period. Prices and limits may change with prior notice.

5. Availability

To protect the service and control costs, AI processing can be limited or paused temporarily. Reports already generated remain available for download during their retention period.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of a report. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer protection law grants you.

7. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will notify material changes. These terms are governed by the law stated by the operator on the contact page, without prejudice to mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
